I believe in love. In fact, I am a sucker for love.... And I say that proudly, with my chest 😁 

I wrote this poem to remind you not to settle. You are so worthy and absolutely deserving of love in its purest form.

Not a love that puts you on a pedestal,

But one that holds space for your breaking parts. 

You deserve a love that longs for your presence.

That believes in you on the days you cannot.

That finds small ways to pull a smile

From the quiet corners of your face.

A smile that eminates from your eyes. 

You deserve gentleness. Kindness. Thoughtfulness.

Lingering hugs.

Random touches in the kitchen.

Admiring looks across a crowded room.

You deserve the love you crave.

You deserve the love you already give.
